Hip-length, lightly padded winter jacket in G-1000 with fixed adjustable hood. A perfect outdoor garment for the colder months of the year, it resists wind and stays dry during short showers, at the same time as it ventilates out body moisture that builds up when you are active. The synthetic padding G-Loft Supreme gives extra warmth, even in damp conditions, and the jacket is easy to move about in, with or without a backpack. The sleeves are pre-shaped and the cuffs are adjusted with press buttons. The zipper is two-way, it is covered with a protective flap with press buttons at the chin, chest and hem. Practical storage in several pockets: two vertical pockets on the chest, and two at the sides – all with zippers that have oversized pullers so they can easily be opened and closed with gloves on. In addition, there are two spacious mesh pockets on the inside, perfect for storing gloves or a hat.

G-1000 Lite
G-1000 Lite weighs less and is cooler than the original fabric. This makes it suitable for light hiking clothes for the summer and for travel clothes that have to endure a lot. The fabric is sewn with ripstop threads. This makes it very durable despite its relatively low weight.

G-Loft Supreme
G-Loft Supreme was developed for Fjällräven by the insulation experts at Goldeck Textil in Austria. It consists of a blend of thin, hollow polyester fibres – 10 % of which are recycled. They have the natural ability to bundle, creating small air cushions similar to down feathers. This trapped air insulates against the cold by storing your own body heat. G-Loft also has the ability to return to its original shape. This memory effect is created by the recycled polyester fibres: they are stiffer than raw polyester fibres and give the material its bounce. This property is retained even after many washes and long periods of wear.
